**Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive & Spa — 5/5** Our annual friends trip has taken us to a lot of places, and this year Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta was the clear winner. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt easy, warm, and well run. The beach in front of the property is one of the nicest stretches in the Hotel Zone, the views over Bahía de Banderas are gorgeous, and the whole group settled in immediately. What made the stay unforgettable was the VIP / Sonne Club area. That adults-only rooftop space with the infinity pool, jacuzzis, and bay views became our daily headquarters. It was quieter than the main pool, the atmosphere was perfect for a friends group that wanted to relax without missing the energy of Vallarta, and the service there was on another level. Nacho and Rafa were outstanding. They remembered our names and drink orders by the second day, checked in without hovering, and always seemed to appear at the exact right moment with something cold, a snack, or a recommendation. Rafa in particular kept everything flowing so smoothly that none of us ever had to flag anyone down. Nacho had that same sharp, friendly energy — attentive, generous, and genuinely fun to talk to. Together they turned a nice VIP area into the heart of the trip. If management is reading this: those two are the reason we already want to come back. Food and drinks across the property were consistently good, breakfast at the buffet was a highlight, and having 24-hour room service plus a restocked minibar made late nights with the group effortless. The location is also excellent — close enough to downtown and the Malecón that we could go out when we wanted, but far enough that coming home to the hotel felt like a reset. This was more than a hotel stay. It was the kind of trip where the staff actually become part of the memory. Nacho and Rafa set the standard. We will be recommending Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta — and specifically the VIP area — to every friends group we know.

Vladimir was a fantastic server in the Tiang Tiang. Food was excellent there. Overall restaurants were great, the lunch buffet was oddly mediocre but most things here were very good, especially value wise.
