    Great all-inclusive resort in the DR

    We celebrated a long holiday weekend at Emotions in Puerto Plata and I would highly recommend this resort for anyone who’s staying in the area. It’s a few minutes from the airport and the beaches that served it are impeccable. The staff is incredibly friendly (especially Carmen, Franklin & Amaury) and the atmosphere lets you know you have come to relaxing place. What I really liked was the dinner option on the beach. You get a beautiful sunset view. This is our 4th time here and it never disappoints.

    STAFF AND HOTEL THAT RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY

    It's a disaster the hotel. The room rained out my entire stay. None of the staff take over. They didn't change my room. I found cockroaches in the bathroom and in the room I have a thousand videos with the permanent rain The people who work are a mess, bad attention! they do not respond. Elevator not working The supposed pink manager vazquez is never in the hotel and the staff says the hotel is a mess and they can't change anything. ill-treatment, poor facilities. DO NOT RECOMMEND OR PASS X THIS HOTEL. IT'S A REAL SCAM.

    The hotel is very nice and the facilities are very nice, the rooms very comfortable and spacious the training very lively especially spaghetti a very friendly young friendly and nice we will definitely be back

    Trip with the swim team

    One of the worst hotels I ever stay. The hotel is very rundown. There was an animal in my bathroom ceiling. The room smelled like mold. The lighting was very poor, especially in the bathroom. There was no entertainment in sight. Check-in took forever. The staff was nice and professional.

    Fabulous two week vacation atEmotiond by Holdelpa!!

    This resort is absolutely an absolute gem !! The beach is gorgeous without seaweed and has a great beach bar and restaurant ! We had swim out rooms which were delightful . The ala cartes were even better than last year and their cocktails have improved immeasurably . My favourite a la cart was the Dominican this year . Their ceviche and beef tenderloin Devine. The staff everywhere at this resort go out of their way to accommodate and make you feel very welcome . Think we are coming back for a third trip I forgot to mention the spa treatment inexpensive and they are experts at what they do!!!
