Wow! What an experience we had this week at the resort. By far the best experience in Huatulco. Castaway’s restaurant had the best food out of the entire resort the service here was top notch. Friendly environment, vibrant staff and the view out of this world. Ivonne was amazing… Yareni greeted us with a smile every time. Rodrigo our server was hands down the winner of the trip. They need 10 more of him. Very attentive and recommended the best dishes. Hats off to the chefs as well, the food rocked. They

Great place, great experience !
I spent a weekend there with my girlfriend in August 2026, and overall, I was very satisfied. Airport shuttle and check-in, very efficient and friendly. You are greeted with a drink, and if your room is not ready yet, you can still use all hotel amenities (pool, bars, etc.) Despite being very big, the hotel was never too crowded. Swimming pools are huge, bar staff is very friendly and you can easily relax. The beach is two steps away, but sometimes there is a red flag because of dangerous sea currents. Breakfast buffet restaurant is just amazing. - Negative spot #1 : formal dress code is required for some restaurants. In my view, you don't necessarily pack formal clothes when you go to an all-inclusive beach resort. - Negative spot #2: the WC in the rooms have crystal walls that are almost transparent (please see my picture). No need for this modernity when you want privacy. The small town of Sta Cruz Huatulco is easily reached by taxi (150 pesos flat rate). Definitely a place to go back.

A one time visit was enough
Overall the sights were great. The restaurants need attention on food quality and taste. Variety was limited. Rooms amenities were average.

Surprised
It exceeded all expectations—congratulations to Chef Keren and Natalia. It surpassed prestigious international restaurants I have had the opportunity to visit. Thank you very much for such an unforgettable experience, and thank you, Ashley, for your excellent attention and service.
