Unlike other resorts that have one basic kids club, the resort breaks down the fun by age group. For the youngsters, Baby Paradise has an air-conditioned clubhouse and cushioned playground. At Kids' Paradise, 4 to 12-year-olds sail the seven seas on a pirate's ship complete with water chutes, slides and water cannons. Teens have access to the Teen Paradise Club where they can make new friends over a game of ping-pong or soccer or dance the night away at the Nitro Club.

You can tell they've management changes, the hotel is cleaner and refreshed/ with a more youthful vibe. I met Francisco what a smart nice man. I felt like I was having a conversation with a friend "nice addition " The staff there is extraordinary/ Angel the bellman is kind courteous and so accommodating. Yanely and Ceasar in the buffet are a well oiled team and do a very nice job/ Yanely especially she really rolls out the red carpet breakfast and lunch. Hector works the dinner crowd and is amazing. True story go for yourself and look theese staff members up. You'll be hooked by there commitment and loyalty to provide an extraordinary experience for their guests! I visit the hotel pretty often atleast 4 time a year, I can't wait to go back in October, November and December finishing out my travels for 2026!

Family holiday
The hotel was excellent and loads stuff for kids to do the kids club water park entertainment was good and Adrian was very kind great with kids and pool games 👌👌👌🫶🫶

Love this place and the staff
Our experience here at the french restaurant San soucis were superb. Miguel and the staff were spectacular with thier services and the food were stupendous and I dont eat out. Will recommend everyone to this restaurant

French Restaurant at Crown Paradise Cancun
Great!! Delicious wonderful atmosphere and services. Air Conditioned, amazing view on the ocean.

Had to stay here for 1 night when our flight was cancelled. Not a very nice hotel. Everything is very old and dated and looks unclean. We were initially placed in a premium room but after 3 minutes it in, we had to leave as it was so dirty, musty, damp and wet. When we left our room we saw 3 other couples also leaving their rooms for the same reasons. We complained to reception who sent us to a more “premium” room. It was marginally better but we were still not happy to stay there but we had no choice. We saw cockroaches in the room and around common areas. Mousetraps under benches. Completely put us off eating the food at this hotel and we didn’t eat any of the food they served. The online pictures definitely look better than the reality. Of course this is a kid friendly hotel but the spaces weren’t nice in my opinion.
