The food was terrible. Silk City was the only good food option. Most all staff dont speak English. The room had plenty cracks on walls and headboard etc. The food kept me in the bathroom had to stop eating it and it was not pleasing or appetizing at all. The pools are nice. The grounds look nice.

Had the best experience at this resort. Ellis my concierge in the xhale side was the best!! She answered every question & scheduled our dinners to make sure we got the best experience. I would 10/10 recommend this resort, the food was 10/10 at the buffet & the strip grill, drinks were a 9/10 (could be stronger/less watered down but still good af!)

If you want a beach full of Sargussum then this is your spot! The resort has not policy on cleaning it and will lie to you about it straight to your face! This resort is essentially a swimming pool

No intention of cleaning beach
Worst resort on the island. The resort has a major Sargassum issue and after speaking to the resort manager, “the resort has not intention to try and clean it up.” They just let it sit there. Other resorts around breathless do clean the sargassum. Do not book

Was sold the experience of The Exhale club as exclusive and serene. What we got was just the opposite.
Staff in general does not seem to understand that the purpose of your vacation is to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There is constant chatter and in some cases very unprofessional service.
