The best resort vacation ever!
WOW, where do I start? The Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya has just blown our minds when it comes to vacation standards, and we as a family would rate our experience seven stars... as the hotel and staff deserve the accolade. Having experienced many a luxury hotel personally on both holidays with the family and with travelling abroad with work, my first impressions with the Grand Sirenis was overwhelming. And as the vacation progressed, the hotel and it's staff just kept on raising the bar. The room was comfortable for us as a family and well appointed, but it was the quality and choice of foods being served daily at the buffet restaurants that really set the standards because each family member could find exactly what they wanted... and kids can be fussy to say the least. And then there was the beach area surrounding the hotels own bay - the beach was well maintained considering the issues of the Sargassm, and the snorkelling in the bay was fantastic... in fact, way better than the snorkelling excursions we went on. And, if like some of our family you are more into pool activities, then the staff at the Grand Sirenis had that covered too - a quiet pool, an amazing and lengthy lazy river, and even foam parties in the two additional main pools. And then their was the staff. Every room has a concierge appointed who is their for you should you need them and we were lucky enough to have the incredible Anabé. The level of service afforded to us as a family by Anabé was on a seven star plus level and because we felt thus hotel was exceptional, we approached Anabé about our choices of becoming Ultimate Leisure Club members and she was instrumental in our ultimate decision to join the club. Now, this is where our vacation went above and beyond! As a family, we were already finding the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya to be exceptional and affording us great service, great food and great entertainment. But, having joined the Ultimate Liesure Club the benefits that we were bestowed went far beyond oir imaginations. As a mere guest at this hotel we were treated like royalty, but now as a club members the staff shifted gears to levels of service we didn't know existed. More than happybwith our room as we were, we were moved to an Ultimate Leisure Club (ULC) room, we had access to all the ULC areas, and when using the beach or pool areas, the entire family was afforded a service by the hotels staff that was far above and beyond anyone could wish for. Another stand out member of staff during our stay was Anders who, as UCL members, was the beach or pool concierge for the members areas. The level of service given by Anders to every member of the family was exceptional, and I would thoroughly recommend anyone visiting thus amazing hotel to at least take a tour of the Ultimate Leisure Club areas and rooms, and see if the savings and benefits of being a member is for you... we did, and we are brining the extended family back with us on our next visit. Thank you Anabé and Anders and indeed all the other great staff and management for giving us such an amazing time at what is the best hotel we have had the pleasure of visiting... and at 63 years old, I have stayed at more than a few hotels in my time so not an accolade I give lightly.

Shout out to Edgar Poot
Wonderful resort, incredibly friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are incredible and so spacious. The bathroom light does time out often but you soon learn to live with it. We struggled to get in to all the restaurants but it was still amazing. Special shout out Edgar Poot at the butchers restaurant. We visited twice and he was lovely. Couldn’t recommend this resort enough. Bring cat food for an extra treat feeding the animals.

Fab family holiday!
Beautiful hotel and very clean! If you love animals then this is deffo the hotel for you! If you have kids then make sure you sit in Marcial Tun's section (The Park) for breakfast and lunch! He is absolutely brilliant in general but extra fab with young kids! I'm pretty sure it was my toddlers favourite part of the day. Highly recommend this hotel!

A must visit
Great evening. Great food, drinks, and entertainment - if you stay at Grand Sirenis make sure you book Carnal. New York Steak was sooooo tasty, and the Deconstructed Carrot Cake was lovely.
