Restool Title
What We Love
- Grace Bay Beach is the real star at this resort.
- The complimentary bicycles and ocean kayaks make family fun easy!
Things to Know
- The resort offers kitchenettes and even full kitchens in select rooms, so families with an eye on the budget can enjoy paradise without breaking the bank.
Chill out at 1 of 2 free-form pools, reminiscent of a hidden tropical swimming hole, surrounded by thick foliage and shrubbery. For more relaxation, claim your spot in the spa tub in the adult pool. Or, stroll on down to Grace Bay Beach where 12 miles of soft, white sand overlooking serene waters offers the perfect afternoon of sun and surf. Your inner child will thank you if you throw off adult decorum for a while and go all out in the ocean with the complimentary Hobie cats, kayaks or snorkeling gear.
When you are wonderfully exhausted head over to Pelican Bay Restaurant and let a delicious bowl of conch chowder revive you. This unique restaurant features both air-conditioned seating and an open-air terrace where the smell of grilled fish gently wafts on the ocean breeze. Evenings bring live music and special events for a bit of festivity.
For the ultimate vacation pampering, we recommend a treatment or two at Spa Tropique. The full service spa is available for a wide range of indulgences, including the popular Hydro Boost Mask. Perhaps the best indulgence at the resort though, is the opportunity to do nothing but sit on your private balcony, drinking coffee and watching the colors of the sun dance across the still waters. Along with those private spaces, all guest rooms at the resort have mini kitchens, washers and dryers and flat-screen TVs.
Because it sits right in the middle of Grace Bay, the resort is a great base for exploring the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands. Let the friendly staff help you book a snorkeling or fishing trip. Or, if you want an underworld adventure without the water, spend a day exploring the Middle Caicos Caves, where Mother Nature has used limestone to create incredible, natural beauty.

A hidden gem
Our check in took maybe 40 seconds. The receptionist was so sweeet, quick efficent. Sherman was the absolute best. He treated us like royalty and his positive attitude was soo delightful. He gave us a tour and made us feel so welcome. The resort grounds are beautiful. Per Pristine Beach had a great restaurant and bar that are on site as well. At the bar, Bert was the best bartender we had. He made some crazy good drinks. The resort was quiet, Pristine clean and just such a nice place to be at. Can’t wait to go back.

A perfect location for any period
Unfortunately only a one night stay but everything including the staff, the amenities, the gardens and the room were perfect. There was nothing to be improved on and the beach is "different league". We are looking forward to a return visit

Wonderful staff and great amenities
Beautiful location. Room was clean and view of the water was gorgeous. Hotel staff very friendly and provided great customer service. Every question we had and every need was answered. Can't say enough good things about our time there. Bike rentals, taxi service, close grocery store....lots of amenities. Water is clear (we saw lots of fish large and small and a stingray) just standing in the water, sand is soft (and hot!), plenty of beach chairs. We got beach service once, but ultimately decided getting our own dtinks was faster. A wonderful vacation.

Fantastic
We have been to the RWI many times and it never fails to meet all of our expectations, the location is amazing, you are basically a few steps off of Grace Bay. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned everyday. All of the staff are amazing, very polite and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The bar is a great place to start the evening or end it with a good vibrant crowd most of the time. As with most things in the TCI it’s not cheap but it’s definitely worth a visit, in fact we are going back for our second visit this year.

Moved us 3 times due to no Air Conditioner- do not recommend
1. They moved our room three (3) times over two (2) days to get an air conditioner that worked. The first night we slept in 85 degrees. They comped us $150 dinner. 2. The second room they moved us on Day 2 smelled like smoke and could not get any cooler than 84 degrees. This is a non-smoking property. 3. At 7pm on Day 2 they moved us to Room 314M, on the ground floor. We paid for a balcony view. The exterior door facing the property DID NOT LOCK. From a safety perspective this was scary especially since we were right across from the pool and property restaurant. We ended up propping a bar stool against the exterior door at night to prevent the door from flying open in the middle of the night. During the day it stayed wide open. 4. The TVs in 314M did not work. The instructions to turn them seemed simple, but none of the channels worked. There was no screen mirroring or chrome casting on any of the TVs either. 5. We actually thought the room above us was moving furniture between 10pm and 1am a few nights. We complained to the front dest again of course but were told the guests were “Dominican” and just loud. SMH? 6. As far as amenities, the pool was nice and quiet but the entire tire on one of the “free” bike we rented came off the wheel base about a mile from the property and we had to walk the bike back to the resort to get it fixed. We didn’t use the bikes again because we were afraid to get stranded. The front desk ladies had a good laugh but didn’t offer any apologies. It took them 20 minutes to figure out which locks went to which bikes. Keep in mind- you can only rent bike and beach equipment between 8-3:30pm daily…. 7. The ladies at the front desk were extremely unfriendly at all but the bellman and grounds keepers were very friendly and helpful. 8. The restaurant on site is a little pricey. They do have a happy hour from 5-7 but the drinks are small. I suggest renting a car and exploring other restaurants very close and reasonably priced.
