As soon as you enter the lobby, you'll be welcomed with distinctive style. A waterfall wall, violet ceiling lighting, limestone floors and frosted glass create a stylish ambiance. Check-in is accompanied by the sounds of gentle surf from corridor speakers to set the mood. The hall itself is a satisfying illusion: you seem to be walking on pebbles, which are actually clever floor tiles. When you enter the elevator, you'll be pleasantly surprised at the sight of another waterfall behind glass.

If you are staying on the 10th floor be prepared to hear noise from the kitchen every night. It kept me up at night. Other than that the hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly

We had a great time it was very clean and everyone who worked here was very helpful. The front desk workers, doormen, pool/beach security guy, waitresses at bar/resteraunt, all the hotel room housekeepers were all exceptional at this hotel. I would definitely come here to stay again in the future.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, from check-in to check-out. When I arrived, I presented my reservation confirmation and proof of payment, but I was not checked because they wouldn’t believe me. I waited for several hours for a manager, and I was then told that my room was unavailable. No one showed me anything around the hotel, I had to figure it out on my own by going to different floors on the elevator that takes forever. At the pool, I was asked whether I was a guest even though I was wearing a hotel wristband. At the beach and in the restaurant, staff questioned my access to areas and services available to hotel guests. On Monday (check out/last day), when I tried to work in a meeting area, I was told that the space was for staff only. I had to take the day off because of that. These incidents happened more than once during my stay. The noise outside my room was also a problem. I was woken repeatedly during the night and did not sleep well because of the constant noise and because I didn’t feel safe. For nearly $1,000 for two nights, the service and conditions did not match the rate charged. The hotel appeared disorganized from the start, and the level of service was inconsistent across different areas of the property. This was my first visit to Puerto Rico, and I do not want to judge the island based on one hotel. However, I felt like those people are RACIST, I felt discriminated against and uncomfortable. If you are black don’t go there. I would not recommend this hotel. Guests should receive consistent access, clear communication, and professional service, and that was not what I experienced here.

Everything was amazing. 9.5/10. I got unlucky w a bad ac. The staff and service is perfect and the cleanliness is great. Can’t complain will be back

What a wonderful experience
Our stay here was wonderful! So close the nicest beach in the area (our opinion of course). The staff was the main event! They made us feel so special every day! The front desk Staff , Amazing! Awwa and Kumo were excellent, the food the atmosphere the staff again. Just phenomenal all around. And I can’t forget to mention Jose at the pool! Made you feel like you were only people there. So pleasant and happy!
