We stayed for two weeks and we had a great time. Staff were very friendly. The kids club staff were great with my daughter. They were patient and kind to her. The activities staff were so outgoing and engaging. They did a great job of getting people to engage in activities they were reluctant to join. They always ended up having a good time and were glad they did, myself included. Rooms were clean and temperature was adjustable but would usually not get cooler than 24° Celsius75° Fahrenheit. I bought a fan at the grocery store and it was comfortable in the room. Beach/pool towels are provided in addition to the shower towels. We took advantage of getting a snorkel and mask free for one hour each day. Saw lots of different fish, crabs, sting rays, a few barracudas, and star fish. Only saw one smoker smoking on the beach. Everyone else were respectful and went to the ample smoking areas. I didn’t hear anyone from the other rooms. Only con I would say would be the dining areas can be pretty hot and there is an occasional bird or coati in there helping themselves to fruit or scraps. I didn’t mind the coatis looking for scraps.

A piece of Heaven - Cozumel
A piece of heaven is located here in Allegro Cozumel. In order to have the full experience you must go to premium. There is an exclusive area for premium bracelets, where Santa Rosa Lounge is located, here you’ll find very attentive and kind full crew: Omar, Christian, Alfredo and Luis, they will always support you with every meal or beverage you may want and a big smile. As well there is an exclusive pool and beds to rest if you get tired of all the fun you’ll have. The beach and beach view is amazing, imagine eating breakfast near the beach with the sound of the waves as background noise. Without doubt I will return soon to be welcomed as home again.

Throughly enjoyed our stay.
We recently stayed at Allegro for a second time. Most of our time was spent at the beach and pool near the Santa Rosa bar and restaurant. I can’t say enough about the service we received. Omar, Louis, Juan, Varlos and Alfredo went above and beyond to take care of us.

Nothing but fun
Amazing experience great service. We made friends with the entertainment man, Diego and his friends and they treated us amazing and were super fun. If you come and stay find Diego and he will make you feel welcome and get you dancing.

Amazing stay!
I came with my boyfriend at the end of August of 2026. We had such a great time, the buffet had great food I was very pleased. Drinks were amazing, all the staff had great energy and treated us very well. A special thanks to the entertainment, especially Diego for giving us a great time. If you’re coming to Allegro you will be greeted with great food, great drinks, a great view and atmosphere. Find Diego and he will make that experience even more amazing!
