Family trip with boys 21. Hotel was nice but lack of food varieties and food quality was poor. Staff was friendly. All shows were in Spanish language so we didn't understand as we spoke English only. Entertainment was less mostly we had to use pool

Great friendly staff. Food is delicious. My server, Moises Rodgriguez, was very attentive and always made sure I had what I needed. 5 star service!

We have spent wonderful days at this Barcelo. Ballard, the people it's incredible this morning Yoxaxil y también itzel were very nice serving on our table. I do recommend this place. It's incredibly beautiful paradise, good variety of food with a lot of happy people!!!

Came as a present for my wedding and also my friends birthday!
First time here and I absolutely fell in love. Im bringing my fiance back. And would recommend this place to anybody. Couple, family, solo trip. This place is literally paradise
