This was resort was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were remarkable, customer service was top notch from Shaneka, Makayla’s and Angi at the front desk; to the workers on beach Micah. Big ups to Woodlynn for being so attentive and helpful with assisting our Mother with her rollator; Tishane was friendly and personable as we enjoyed the pool; Shaq’s service was professional with putting our excursions together even with the slight mishap she stayed in character. Iquesia was personable and fun each night. Although this was off season there was no lack in service.

Fun in the Turks
We had a very good experience at the Blue Haven. A shout out to Angi, who went far above what was expected, to make sure our stay was memorable. She handled all our requests and made sure we had all the information needed. The accommodations were fantastic. Grace Bay beach was the highlight of our stay. The Alexandra made for a great second option for meals and was a hit for the grand kids. Lots to do for excursions as well.

Phenomenal customer service
Thamara was exceptional her customer service & heartfelt recommendations was on point! I would definitely come back and ask for her as a waitress. She made our trip so delightful!

AMAZING. Will come back
Absolutely beautiful. I went end of August and I believe it was their low season but I adored the privacy feel of it. The food and service was phenomenal !!!! The infinity pool was my favorite. My 3 year old loved it.

Amazing Time at Blue Haven
My experience at Bkue Haven was amazing. From the moment you stepped on the property until you left, they made you always feel welcome and remembered who we were. I would like to thank Angi, Izadora, Pedro, Rodney for the amazing customer service provided day in and day out.
