What a wonderful experience! Everyone was great! Awesome customer service!! Favorite meal was Breakfast @ Spoons! Pascual, William and Joana was #1! Pascual was definitely on point! Energy was there!! Made us feel like top priority first class!! Team player!!

A time to remember
Everything was amazing!!!! The food at Spoons was delicious and fresh every day, Pascual, William, and Joana offered amazing service. Rooms were breathtaking and so relaxing. Everything was clean and housekeeping was on top of everything! It’s worth every penny. There was something for everyone to enjoy. I definitely plan to return.

Excellent Service!
Excellent service from the moment you arrive. Staff and service is excellent! Including but not limited to Pasqual, William, and Joana at Spoon. Julio and Lydia at the Excel Lounge. Cruz, Victor, Sophia and Samuel at the pool service. All were great model employees who made the experience a memorable vacation. Will definitely be back.
