This has been the best hotel thus far! The check in was 10/10 and I was welcome with a bottle champagne since it was my sisters birthday. Room was clean and beautiful.

Jul 31, 2026Decent stay with great front staff, but housekeeping needs major improvement
Overall, my stay wasn't bad; it was just a standard, normal hotel experience. I want to highlight that the valet and front desk staff were very nice and welcoming throughout our visit. However, housekeeping could definitely do a much better job, especially when it comes to their timing. It would be a huge improvement if they cleaned the rooms earlier in the day. It was frustrating to come back from the beach wanting to relax in our room, only to encounter housekeeping still working and having to go back downstairs to wait for them to finish. The quality of the cleaning was also pretty disappointing. On one occasion, instead of putting fresh towels where they actually belong, they just folded them and left them sitting on top of the toilet. They also failed to empty our trash. Worst of all, the floors were not cleaned a single time during our stay. Some sand and a spill that happened on our very first day were still sitting on the floor the day we checked out. It’s a fine hotel with good customer service at the front, but the housekeeping team really needs to step up their attention to detail and timing.

Great experience
Beautiful place to stay! Make sure to get the ocean view. The food is great and the staff are accommodating. The bathroom space is a little small for me and the bed is low to the ground. I’m 6’4” so it’s a little uncomfortable, but the rooms are nice and modern.
