I love it here so much. The food is amazing. The day time and nighttime activities have kept us so entertained and busy. Guillermo in hospitality is the most welcoming, comforting presence. He helped us when my sister was having a medical emergency and has checked on us everyday since. Edwin that works at Tides is hilarious, accommodating and awesome (I hope he had a happy birthday!) We missed him today on his day off. The entertainment team is incredible. I wish I could speak about all of them. We LOVE Alex, he makes everyday so fun and he is so easy to talk to and be friends with. Jessica is so much fun and so interactive - she always encourages us to participate in the activities and teaches us new things about her culture even though we ask her wayyy too many questions. Ricardo makes us laugh so much, he’s so much fun and he is HILARIOUS. Gustavo is the most lively announcer for the night time activities, he gets the whole crowd so hyped up! We are having the best time of our lives. Mainly because of these people!!! They remember our names each time they greet us and make us feel at home!

Great Trip, Wonderful Hotel, The Best Staff
We had a fantastic vacation at Dreams Mujeres Beach! A special thank you to Alex, Antonio, and the entire entertainment team for making our stay so memorable. The wait staff, entertainment staff, and everyone throughout the resort were top-notch. They were friendly, attentive, and always welcoming. Great resort, great people, and an overall amazing experience. We would absolutely recommend Dreams Mujeres Beach and look forward to visiting again!

Really enjoyed Jessica & Alberto! Jessica was really kind, and funny, I enjoyed doing crafts & activities with the both of them. Alberto was very welcoming from day one

Cons: Food was mostly average (with the exception of Tres Colores and Fusion), and the buffet lacked variety. Drinks were watered down, and the “natural” juices were clearly made from concentrate. Snacks were inconveniently far from the main pool and kids’ area, and the Tides snack bar somehow didn’t offer basics like chicken tenders or pizza—the buffet was the only place to get a slice. That’s A Wrap looked like hospital food, though the cookies were solid. Mosquitoes were a persistent issue in the room despite fumigation. Pros: Excellent entertainment, fun activities, and genuinely friendly staff. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom’s Bluetooth speakers were a cool touch. Overall: 3.5/5. A memorable stay, but I probably wouldn’t return. Having visited Dreams Punta Cana and Hyatt Ziva Cancun, this resort felt like it was missing small but impactful details—like poolside carts for fresh fruit, pizza, ice cream, and tacos—that would’ve elevated the experience. And seriously… no birria tacos in Mexico !?
