This is my favorite resort, beach is amazing, but the best part is the service and their great entertainment team ! From aquarobics, movie trivia, volleyball just to mention some, Naomi, Mafer, Angel made sure we were having a great time everyday

The best spot to relax and play at the same time!
My boyfriend and I went to El Dorado Maroma for a nine day getaway. We have returned home now as an engaged couple! He couldn’t have picked a better spot to propose! The beach was incredible, the food was outstanding, and the staff was very attentive, sweet, and accommodating. I enjoyed the entertainment staff very much! They made activities around the resort entertaining and very fun! I want to give a special shout out to Tristan, Angel, and Mafer! Angel took us on a really cool kayak tour to a cenote! Mafer had wonderful energy when teaching the aqua classes, and Tristan made the games around the pool in the evening very fun! My fiancé and I will definitely be back! We are considering this a place to get married, have our honeymoon, or even both! I can’t say enough good things about this resort.

Paradise!
This place is truly paradise. So private and quiet and the service is unbeatable. The entertainment staff, particularly Angel, made the vacation extra fun. Angel’s positive energy and playfulness is contagious and he always ensured all the guests were comfortable and engaged. The whole entertainment staff, Tristan, Mafer, Naomi, Alex and Chris are a great team. The service staff is so attentive and friendly. Russel, Diego, and Eli really stood out with their service and kindness. The beach is AMAZING, the food is wonderful and abundant and I couldn’t have asked for more! We can’t wait to return!

Maroma Honeymoon Vacation

Mi Casa es Su Casa
I just returned from my fifth visit to El Dorado Maroma, and somehow, each visit seems to exceed the one before it. At this point, it truly feels like my home away from home. Even though the resort was not especially crowded during this visit, the level of service was absolutely impeccable. Everywhere you turn, you are greeted by friendly, kind people who genuinely seem to care about making your stay special. You can barely ask for something before it is there for you. The service is attentive without ever feeling intrusive, and there is a warmth and sincerity that is hard to find anywhere else. While it is an "all inclusive", please remember to tip the people who make your trip incredible. They depend on this. Every meal was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. In addition, you can request any liquor and they will make you drink exactly as requested. The bartenders are always creating new and fun drinks as well. There was music and entertainment every night and the beach was spotless and beautiful. Everywhere we looked, there were happy guests enjoying themselves. It was simply an incredible vacation. I especially want to recognize several members of the staff who made this visit so memorable. Manny, the main beach butler, is one of the biggest reasons our family continues to return year after year. Manny is, quite simply, one of the best people you could ever meet. His warmth, kindness, personality, and genuine care for the guests make him unforgettable. Seeing Manny again feels like coming home. Our butlers, Israel and Alex, were outstanding. They were always right on the spot, anticipating what we needed and taking care of it with a smile. They never made anything seem like a bother. What struck me most was how genuinely they seemed to enjoy their jobs and enjoy taking care of the guests. Tristan and Maria Fernanda from the entertainment team were also fantastic. They had a wonderful way of getting everyone involved, making activities fun without ever making anyone feel pressured. There was so much laughter, energy, and genuine enjoyment whenever they were around. And I can't leave out Diego, the bartender, who was incredible. He was friendly, kind, hysterical, and always made our time at the bar even more enjoyable. There were also countless waiters and staff members who went above and beyond every single day. Carlos and Felipe are two names I remember especially, although there were so many others whose names I wish I could remember and recognize as well. What makes El Dorado Maroma so special to me is that it isn't just a beautiful adults-only resort. It is the people. It is the feeling of being welcomed, remembered, and genuinely cared for. It is the beautiful beach, the incredible food, the music, the activities, and the little things that make every day feel effortless. After five visits, I can honestly say that I wouldn't keep coming back if it weren't something truly special. El Dorado Maroma has become my home away from home, and I can't wait to return.
