Love this place
This is our second time and we are taking all our adult kids and partners next year too. If you like peace and quiet and Bali beds at no extra charge this is for you. We are happy with the food, yes the service is sometimes slow but the waiters work so hard especially at night, having many table to serve, a little patience and a good tip helps ease the time. What's the rush - you are on vacation. Yes, some tiles are cracked or broken - nothing is perfect but again - this is Mexico!!!! If you want an absolutely perfectly kept resort maybe put your hand in your very deep pocket and go to MayaKoba OR choose another Country, The drinks are great as are the staff and the gardens. Pools are good, beach is fine. The seaweed is a natural phenomenon that the beach bearers work absolutely tirelessly and nobody tips them! The bird and wildlife are lovely to watch. The ONLY two things that annoyed us is 1. where are all the seats and tables in the main bar!!!! They have all gone, so it's a swing or sitting on chairs laid out in rows with no table - totally ridiculous and management needs to put the small tables with chairs around them back ASAP. The three waiters in the morning in Arricefies in the outdoor seating by the ocean need to stop chatting and actually serve tables. All staff work really hard and are very pleasant and lovely apart from these three, we ended up going to the bar ourselves for our Prosecco and juice each morning to bring back to the table and stopped leaving a tip for these guys. But apart from this the resort is great and very good value.

The people make the place extra special
This is our second year here. We love it and struggle to choose another location when we know how amazing it is! Luis and Jose were a major contributor to why we came back. This year Benjamin joined the duo and has been just as great! Their energy and effort really make each day unique and special.

Amazing Time
Seaside Palms was awesome, the staff is so friendly and helpful and was there to help right away. Luis, Benjamin, Jose, and Carlos all made the pool and the activities such a fun time. The food was amazing as well, had no complaints of any of the food at all.

"We enjoyed this place" but some points well made by folk
We did enjoy our stay the site itself is beautiful the restaurants was most enjoyable, at the moment only 3 open every night all bookable, we had candlelit dinner on seafront which we thoroughly enjoyed, we did have an issue in breakfast/lunch buffet ie serving bacon and sausage at breakfast on the vegan counter one of us being a pescatarian anyway the problem was resolved they turned the sign around at breakfast. The staff where a big hit all greeting with a big Hola but my favourites was the buggy drivers they where top notch. We upgraded to a premier room which as other people have said about being updated but we liked our room everything worked and it was comfy the room overlooked private swim up bar pool which we used first couple of days met some nice people in pool / bar but the water was so cold and the sun disappeared by afternoon so we opted for the beach which as described had seaweed but the gallant lads raked it up all day so it was ok plenty of sun for sure agree about sunbeds bloody uncomfortable the sea was like bathwater, seaweed is a massive problem and there should be some way of catching it further out to sea Mexico Goverment should get involved we pay enviromental tax for our stay. TBH the beach area looked a mess with sand bags and like a wall out in the bay with metal poles sticking up neither of which did anything they need to shift it and make it presenable also there was a concrete jetty which probally hid pipes which wasn't appealing. We had a quite a discount off this holiday through tui but if you want 5 star then you have to pay the money we thought 4 for this site at moment but it could be 5 if they updated perhaps. Like we said we enjoyed our stay got a nice tan but it was over to quick Variety of wild life which was interesting a lovely couple of cats too both affectionate It is a fair ride from Airport we had private taxi through tui which was much better than sitting on a bus waiting for folk just a point on airport thought the vip lounge on way home was poor it was crowded and not a lot to eat. Uppers........... the staff, the food the beautiful clean site the walkways the wildlife. Downers....Some parts of beach as decribed
