My front desk check-in experience was awesome due to the knowledgeable Francisca (Francis). She is a huge asset to the Fairmont PR team and deserves to be recognized. My stay was perfect. Thx!

Stay At the Fairmont!
We had a story with room service, We left money in the room & they left us a note stating that this money was found in the room! instead of taking it. Which most hotels will do.... 5 star experience would recommend to anyone to stay here!

It costs over $400 for a room there. They require a $100 deposit for your stay. It has been over a week and I haven't seen my deposit credited back. Called many times and no one answers the accounting phone. Stay away

Wonderful
I would highly recommend to come to this beautiful wonderful place. 10 minutes from the airport.The staff Coralys,Yoel,Natalia,Darlene, and Tom. House Keeping service on the 7th floor room 725. Was out of this world. This place was so fabulous. The grounds was like something out of Frank Sintra movie. From bar to the food and to the beach( DIRECT BEACH ASSETS), pool of course the hospitality. No issues speaking to all the staff. Taking wonderful pictures on the grounds. See the big tree and don't forget the stairs case to take pictures. I see people bringing there pets. I would tell YOU come for a visit. You would not be disappointed. Very friendly atmosphere. Never again: we will be choosing diff hotel next year for the group of 8 friends yearly trip.
Absolutely awful experience. Bought 2 bedroom suite months in advance at this hotel through Expedia. We arrive and they give us room key and we go up to room. Great suite however only 1 bedroom (we had 3 guests, 1 staying on king bed and 2 others staying on 2 queens in 2nd bedroom). We go back down and manager swears that's a 2 bedroom, after 30 minutes he finally realized that its not and they dont have a 2-bedroom suite. They gave us a regular king size room (no 2 queens available) but on totally diff floor and just a regular room. One of our guests had to sleep on a couch insteead of bed. They denied any type of compensation even though I had to spend multiple hours going to front desk during this stay for this issue and getting the 1 bedroom suite alone defeated entire idea of getting it. We would have never paid $4,400 had they not had a 2 bedroom suite. Would never recommend this hotel
