We spent four nights here and we had a wonderful time. The staff, from front desk to room cleaning, was always cheerful and helpful. There were a variety of restaurants providing various cuisines, the dishes created were top notch. The beach front property has several pools and is well kept and well managed. There was not a moment we didn’t feel welcome. Special shout out to Roberto and Elena from the restaurants. Thanks!

Javier at El Mexicano was an amazing server. He gave us detailed information about the dishes, was courteous, and very knowledgeable about what each plate has.

Best Hotel!
Visiting Los Cabos is always a pleasure for my husband, family, friends, and me. We have been FAVC members since 2001. The team greeting guests at reception is the most important face of the hotel; Cinthia Escobar and Adriana Sotelo always make our check-in and check-out seamless. We look forward to seeing them every year because of their outstanding professionalism and genuine care Every year, we visit the Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos at the end of August or the beginning of September. We truly enjoy seeing all the familiar faces and experiencing the amazing service from Saul Garcia, who is typically at the Bikini Bar. This year, he was stationed at the Martini Bar instead. Saul is the greatest asset Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos has. He truly knows how to connect with people and effortlessly creates a fun, party atmosphere. This time, Zaira Garcia was at the Bikini Bar. While she is good and professional, the ambiance just isn't the same without Saul. His manager, Mr. Sabdiel, should consider putting Saul back where he belongs. My friends, a few other FAVC members, and I were extremely disappointed that Saul was not at the Bikini Bar at all this year. Hopefully, next year Saul will be back at the Bikini Bar doing what he does best: making your stay at Grand Fiesta Americana a vacation to remember! The food is always amazing at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos. We always have the pleasure of tasting the incredible dishes created by chefs David Batres, Luisa Mendoza, and Karina Hernandez. The beach and pool service is also beyond amazing—Javier Morales is the best of the best! Each year we look forward to seeing him, as well as Victor Merino and Kevin Millan. Breakfast would not be the same without Carlos Ramirez (Charlie), Isabel, and Pablo. Their manager, Rocio Mendoza, has created a wonderful team. The SOMMA WineSpa at Grand Fiesta Americana is a must-visit for a deeply relaxing experience. We highly recommend masseuses Artemis de la Cruz and Norely Torrez. The spa's front desk staff is extremely professional and courteous—a big shout-out to Ismael Bautista! Additionally, the locker room experience would not be the same without Mirna Acosta, who guides you through the amenities and makes the visit amazing. The golf cart service wouldn't be the same without Victor Gamboa. We have befriended him over the years, and he is the most charismatic person on the golf cart team—with a special mention to Jaret as well! The food and views at Peninsula are amazing, thanks to Adriana Gonzalez, Lizbeth, and Isela. Rosato has the best hostess, Sandra Gonzalez You must go and eat at the steakhouse, Arsal; Kathy will provide the best experience along with Francisco, Pamela, and Antonio. Blue has a special place in our hearts, especially because of David, who truly knows how to make you feel special. Martin is also amazing, along with Raul Altamirano, Rosario, Sandra, Enrique, Miriam, Nelsi, and especially Aracely, who makes sure every guest leaves the restaurant with great memories in their hearts. In the cleaning areas, Pastora is always smiling and making sure the place looks clean and neat. I also don’t want to forget Adan, Abigail, Joel, Graciela, and Joanna, who do a wonderful job. A special mention goes to Oscar Garcia Orozco (who is now at Live Aqua Residences) — he has become a dear friend of ours due to his amazing service over the years Finally, John from the sales department is our go-to person; he is incredibly honest and caring. Grand Fiesta Americana is simply the best place to stay in Los Cabos. It is wonderful not only for its location, great food, and beautiful premises, but especially for the amazing people we get to befriend and see every year. Seeing the same employees return year after year says a lot about a hotel and how well they take care of their staff, who in turn take excellent care of their customers. My husband and I are so glad to be members of the Fiesta Americana Vacation Club!

Grand fiesta in Cabo Victor and Zara were amazing
