Here’s a tighter version with those issues added: ⭐️⭐️ Almost 10 Years as a Member — Very Disappointed After almost 10 years as members, we’re seriously questioning the value of this timeshare. Maintenance fees keep increasing—while the rooms are still aging, and we even found some mold in our bathroom. The biggest frustration is the constant upselling. Some of the tactics honestly feel dirty more effort seems to go into getting existing members to spend more money than taking care of what we already paid for. During our anniversary stay, our king-bed request was passed from person to person after we declined the offer for upgrade and bedroom issue was never resolved. In addition only one ice machine for a 10-story resort, and it simply doesn’t feel like a premium experience anymore. Also why close the roof top lounge at 7pm, peak sun set time??? The staff is generally friendly and the food is good, but longtime members deserve better service, cleaner rooms, and less sales pressure.

WORST RESORT EVER
My experience was horrible the staff was rude and useless my sister had bust her head opened due to the went floor that wasn’t clean up . this resort wasn’t responsible for it or didn’t took care of the accident .

2 STARS HOTEL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
When deciding on a place to stay, we will always go by the star rating. Grand Park Royal Puerto Vallarta was 4 Stars. This is so far from the truth I would maybe rate the hotel a 2 Stars. From the beginning to end the experience was a nightmare. When we arrived while checking nothing was explained to us, no maps or explanation of the facilities, or Premiere benefits, which there were absolutely none!!! We had a Premiere room and bracelet, but the experience didn't reflect that at any time. No special reservations for dinner, no pool, lounge, drinks or dining room. The door to the room would only open part way, the curtains were falling off the rod and no way to close it. The elevators were filthy, mirrors rug dirty. The common areas were atrocious, sitting in the lounge it was dirty, the seats stained the floors not swept the glasses cups not cleared. There definitely weren't enough employees, only one person for the whole lounge. I did see many groups of "time share salesmen" at the lobby restaurants and pool area all the time, how annoying! Reported problems about the room 3 times to different managers and it never got taken care off. The Buffett was ok, but the long waits were terrible, especially in the morning. Most of the restaurants had AC problems, extremely uncomfortable to dine. Fish restaurant was not good, ordered 3 course meal, the cook brought everything out altogether and said we are closing soon. The fish was dry with no flavor, and the diner served was unappetizing. If you wanted water in your room, they gave you a bottle to fill at the end of the hall with filtered water. When asked for bottled water they said they had none at all, even if you paid for it. Definitely not a 4-star hotel, it was pathetic, terrible, and absolutely no customer service. Very disappointed in this Hotel and would never return.

Brayan was great in helping us out and I give him a 5 star for all his efforts. Make sure to order breakfast room service 2.5 hours before you want it. We didn't recieve room service 2 of the 6 mornings we ordered. We had the largest suite and the AC didn't work properly and we were very warm at night and couldn't sleep well.

One pool under construction with jackhammering all day long. One small pool for everyone. Beach is decent but not enough chairs. Buffet restaurant is small and long lines. Food was very limited selection. Very helpful and friendly staff.
