    Great service all around!

    Staff was very attentive and friendly. They made sure my kids had their food out immediately. Francisca was aware of the kids needs and ours. Alex was so so friendly and provided great service. Gilberto took our orders and provided great recommendations and made sure we were taken care of.

    Go to Vela and look for Norma, Juan, Luis. They are friendly, corteous and professional. Always ask for them three when dining at Vela. They will take great care of you and your party.

    Our Fabulous Vacation in Mexico

    Myself, my wife, my brother-in-law & his wife had a fabulous vacation at Hilton Riviera Puerto Vallarta Jalisco. We celebrated the 70th birthday day of my brother -in-law, Hermie. The room, the food, entertainment, and service are exceptional! Especial mention to Edgar & Jesus in Sunan and Pedro, Jorge, Alex & Hector in Vela for excellent service. Swimming in the pool and the ocean is the best!
