    Great place to stay in Puerto Rico

    This hotel was great from management ( Mr. Cordero) that took care of us right from our first phone call, to the wonderful, kind, very thoughtful and helpful Mr. Samuel that was sure that our time at breakfast was nothing but excellent!!! Thank you!!

    Hyatt House SJ

    We will always be recurrent guest! Siempre que estamos en área de SJ escogemos este hotel. Todo el Staff, hotel location by evening walkable, cerca de airport. Free Van que te lleva a varias áreas turísticas. 5+ por ser dog friendly. Recommend 100%

    Will not visit again

    Our room had a leak, wet carpet and a terrible smell for the duration of our visit. Never had any response regarding this. There were extra charges for amenities that was not clear during reservation. Laundry room was run down and not all the machines were working. There are plenty of other hotels to chose from, I can not recommend this one.

    Worst experience in Hotel in SJ

    On my checking I found out that I needed to pay $54 per night of resort fee additionally to what I already paid for the room and $18.00 for parking. This was not disclosed when I made the reservation. I got on the elevator and it refused to open the door on my floor. I rang the emergency bell and I tried several times to do a call for someone to come to help..NO ONE FROM THE HOTEL SHOWED UP TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG. I was inside the elevator for about 30 mins until finally the door open. As of today, 23 Jul, (event happend on Wed, 21 Jul), no one came to see if I was ok or at least show some concern. Door opened and I was able to reach my door. Breakfast was good getting an option to have an omelet but a very long wait since it was only one cook doing all the omelets. During check out, I requested for the desk to place my Hyatt number to the reservation. They stated that since it was purchase with a 3rd party they could not do it. I also told them that additionally to the reservation, I paid for resort fees and parking and those expenses should be given points for the money paid. They refused to give me any credit for those expenses. Horrible experience with Hyatt House Convention Center

    Hyatt House a good choice

    We had a wonderful time at this Hyatt location. This was my first time using Hyatt and was surprised how well kept this location is. The location was very good. Close walk to District T-Mobile. The staff was very friendly. The room was very good size for 2 and the breakfast was adequate. The best part was they offer free shuttle services to a few close by locations which was a plus since we didn’t rent a car. I would highly recommend!
