    Hyatt Manatí Family Time

    Great experience. Wonderful staff. Clean and friendly environment. Really nice rooms. Good breakfast in the morning. Items refilled regularly. Best coffee. Easy access to areas with keycard. Security guards on site at all times. Place is managed really well and customers are at the center of their business

    Never disappoints

    I've stayed at Hyatt Place Manatí a number of times and it's always clean, comfortable, and convenient. The Front Desk staff is helpful, breakfast is always varied and plentiful, and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

    Centric hotel on the North Side of Puerto Rico

    Hyatt Place Manatí is a well located hotel that is nearby beaches shopping mall, hospital, parks, among other great places. Very friendly staff.

    Modern and Clean

    Hyatt Place Manati is the only hotel I will stay in near Arecibo, Puerto Rico. It has everything I need, and they take pride in cleanliness.

    Not what we recorded

    Bad AC. Awful mildew smell. Stained sheets. Housekeeping and maintenance are clearly very lax. Location is excellent, but without much competition in the vicinity, it doesn’t seem like they are ever trying.
