Advisory Rooftop access at the hotel will be reserved for Vantage Club guests only. Includes exclusive use of rooftop pool, Cobalt swim-up bar, and breakfast/lunch at Oishii, with personalized concierge services and premium liquors. Guests staying during this date change will retain access, arriving after prior bookings can access the pool but not Oishii for breakfast/lunch. Non-Vantage Club guests can enjoy the Cobalt bar with standard liquor options. Rooftop gym and Oishii dinners remain open.

    Incredible family getaway, treated just like royalty

    We had the most incredible family getaway at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island in Cancun! From the second we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty and the level of service was truly beyond words. Everything was top notch, from the gorgeous rooms and spotless cleanliness to the peaceful vibes around the property. One of the absolute highlights of the entire trip was the Mexican chocolate, which was easily the best thing we tasted all week and something we are still craving back home. Our stay was extremely perfect in every single way, and having such a relaxing time with the whole family made it unforgettable. The location is great, sleep quality was unmatched, and we will definitly be coming back to this resort on our next visit to Mexico. If you are looking for an upscale, fun vacation spot that caters to every need, do not hesitate to book this hotel because you will not regret it!

    Enjoyable getaway

    We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were really nice, clean, and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. The pools were beautiful and a great place to relax, and we especially enjoyed the pickleball court—it was so much fun and definitely one of our favorite activities! Angel was also an amazing entertainer and really helped make our stay more fun and enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and enjoyable getaway!

    AMAZING HOTEL!

    We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was incredible, and the staff were always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. There were so many activities to enjoy throughout our stay, including pickleball, yoga, and plenty of other fun things to do. And they have a really cool beach spot they take you to, and beautiful rooftop! Angel was an especially great entertainer! They kept us entertained every night and brought such a fun energy to the hotel. We really enjoyed the nightly entertainment and always had something to look forward to. Overall, we had such a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and entertaining vacation!
