Visit Majestic Elegance
Majestic elegance one of the best resorts you can go to. The location is wonderful with the blue sea and Isla Mujeres a short boat trip away. Rooms were wide, spacious, got cleaned very well and always had a full snack bar. There was sometimes noise at night from weddings but other than that there was no loud noises. The food was really really nice at all restaurants and I’m missing it forever. The staff were nice and helped when we needed it. The waiters were the best I’ve ever had. There were three standout waiters. Frankie (Italian restaurant). He was kind and always greeted us if we saw him, we had him twice and he was consistently checking on us and just a kind guy in general. Then there’s Bogart (Sushi restaurant). Same with Frankie, we had Bogart twice and he was super good both times. He is an example of someone who enjoys life and his job. He sang happy birthday to us as he says that every days our birthdays in since we open our eyes. Like Frankie such a nice guy. And there’s Raul (Argentinian restaurant). Like the other two, we had him twice and he always checked on us and was always kind and asked if we were ok. Majestic Elegance, please please please give them a raise. Overall five stars! I think really good value and one of the best ways you can spend your money.

Awesome and Celiac safe
Celiac safe and amazing resort. With a celiac and dairy free family member we ate so well with no issues (family member is super sensitive). Everytime you show up to eat they ask if any food allergies. Then they offer to have the “Food Concierge” to come and walk you through the options available. They even made food a bunch of times. We all ate amazing food everyday! Truly a relaxing vacation when you don’t have to worry that there won’t be much to eat or you may have a reaction to gluten that wipes you out for 2 or 3 days. Add the fact that the resort was amazing. Best we’ve been to in our 20 years of visiting Mexico. Facilities and staff were awesome. We stayed on the adult side and upgraded to a single room with butler service. Add all this to a huge beach that is deep and wide with very little sargassum (Isla Mujeres blocks the sargassum in this area). Cancun and Playa del Carmen have very little beach and a lot of sargassum this year. Loved it and would do it again. Many thanks to all the staff at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres!
