Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.
Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. The hotel is not responsible for providing food for pets due to each pet's particular diet/eating habits. The pet friendly program allows for each pet to be a maximum weight of 48.5lbs and a height of 15.7in. The program requires a fee of 150USD plus tax per pet, per stay. The hotel will not provide kennels or crates.

Our trip to Bali fell through at the last minute, and Nobu Los Cabos took us in and turned a canceled vacation into one of the best trips we’ve ever had. From the moment we booked, Ted (our ambassador), Salvador, and Senen (experience manager) were on it — 24/7, without exaggeration. Anyone who has planned a vacation knows how draining the logistics can be: which excursion, which restaurant, what time, how do we get there. We didn’t touch any of it. Ted, Salvador and Senen handled every reservation, every excursion, every dinner recommendation, and every request before we even had to ask twice. Everything was seamless. They anticipated what we wanted and just made it happen. The property itself is stunning — the accommodations are truly five-star — but what set this stay apart was the people. Service at this level is rare. It wasn’t scripted hospitality; it felt like three people who cared whether we had a great time. To management: please recognize Ted, Salvador and Senen. They are the reason we’ll be back, and the reason we’ll be telling everyone we know to come here. Thank you, Nobu Los Cabos. Outstanding, start to finish.

Mother Daughter Bliss!
This was my mom and my third time to Nobu Los Cabos and we love it! Everything was exquisite, from pre-arrival experience to the spa and every restaurant we went to! Our Ambassadors Salvador and Ted were very attentive and friendly and went above and beyond by decorating our room for my mom's birthday! We can't wait to return.

Anniversary made memorable
Spent our wedding anniversary at Nobu Los Cabos and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The rooms were immaculate, the service throughout the resort was impeccable, and the food was absolutely divine even with our allergies and sensitivities. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, making the entire experience feel truly special. A special shoutout to our local ambassadors, Cesar and Rafael, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary memorable. They were able to secure last-minute reservations, arrange transportation, and provide wonderful recommendations throughout our stay. Their hospitality and attention to detail made such a difference. The spa services were amazing as well—a perfect way to relax and unwind. Note if you do get the spa credit you are responsible for the taxes and fees. And the resort is further away from things but this is definitely our preference. We booked a room with a private pool. Overall, we had an incredible experience and will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay, Beautiful Property & Even Better Service!
We had the best time at Nobu and really enjoyed our stay from beginning to end! The property is beautiful, the views are incredible, and I loved having several pools to choose from depending on what kind of vibe we wanted that day. Another big highlight was all of the dining options. There are several restaurants with different cuisines, so we never felt like we were eating the same thing over and over again. There is truly so much to do and enjoy right on the property. I also have to shout out Salvador and Senen. They were amazing throughout our entire stay! They were always quick to respond, helped us with our reservations, and made sure everything was taken care of. Having them there made our trip so much easier and even more enjoyable. Beautiful property, great food, amazing views, and even better service. We had such a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!
