When hunger strikes, try the Seaside Cafe. Located between the beach and the pool, the cafe features a unique Conch Bar where the island delicacy is served in several delicious ways. For more upscale digs and delicious vino, take the complimentary shuttle to the sister resort for an evening at Opus Wine Bar and Grill.
If you would rather dive than kick back, Provo Turtle Divers is our preferred dive shop. Let the oldest PADI-certified dive shop on the island introduce you to the cool and colorful world of coral reefs and clownfish with either full-out, multi-day scuba classes or an afternoon of snorkeling. Prefer recreation on land? The Provo Golf Course, an 18-hole championship course, holds a four-star rating from Golf Digest. Other land-based activities include shopping and free bicycles for a spin around the island.
If you're feeling saucy enough to tempt Lady Luck, Casablanca Casino is a short walk down Grace Bay Beach and features 12 gaming tables to test your prowess. Looking for relaxation of a different kind? Make way for ultimate luxury at Spa Tropique, where the Water Lily Wrap is sure to release any remaining stress.

Same review as posted on Google because they deserve it. Pros- the resort was close to the airport. Great views. We asked for an hour late checkout around 12 PM - which isn’t very late at all). However, the front staff was almost rude about it. They finally agreed to let us stay till 11:30. The Cleaning staff started repeatedly knocking at our door at 11:25 AM sharp. I’d understand if the resort was super crowded but that wasn’t the case. Also, this was one of the more expensive resorts so I had expected the service to be a lot better. The WiFi sucked. We kept losing reception and there was almost none at the beach area. We had an issue with the Tv remote not working. We called to ask for batteries and instead the staff interrogated us for a long time implying that it was almost impossible that the remote could not be working. The breakfast had the same food items every day of the week and while it was free, we had to close out our ‘tab’ and tip everyday. They also charged us for someone else’s meal so check your bill carefully when you close out! The resort fees and room rate are insane for the poor service. Better off staying at some other nice resort in a better location for that price. Edit: Ignore what the owner posted as a reply. They never reached out to ‘rectify’ the situation. Instead what happened was they charged me 283 dollars on my credit card (in dec 2025) which is more than a year after this trip. When I complained in an email, they replied that I hadn’t settled the lunch/dinner in the resort which is a blatant lie. I settled everything during checkout. I hate writing negative reviews but what reputable resort does this? These are vengeful scammers. I was probably charged for writing this review and they probably thought I wouldn’t check my credit card and notice the charge. Thankfully I was able to contact my credit card company and get it reversed

We have to give a shoutout to Irene, our bartender down at the beach! She started out as our bartender and somehow became one of our girls by the end of the trip haha! 💕 My daughter and I wanted to do the TikTok trend where you “drink the colors of the rainbow,” so we told Irene about it and she was so excited to make all the drinks for us. She made it so much fun! 🌈🍹 We also spent some time talking with her one day at the beach and got to know each other a little more. She told us about her family, and you could just tell how much she loves being a mom and wife. She works SO hard but still manages to make everyone around her feel welcome and have a good time. Irene was seriously one of our favorite parts of the trip. We absolutely loved her, and we’re already hoping to see her again next year! We even had to get a picture with her before we left. 🥹 Thank you for making our beach days even more fun, Irene! We love you! 🫶🏻🌴

Our Favorite Place to Stay! 🌴☀️
This was our 3rd time staying at West Bay Club and we LOVE it! My family and I can’t wait to come back each year! 🥹 All of the staff were so sweet and helpful, but we especially want to shout out Roshana at the front desk! She was SO sweet, fun, and genuinely made us feel welcome the whole time. We originally got a first-floor room and really wanted to be higher up like we had been in previous years so we could see the ocean and beach. The staff was so helpful in getting our room upgraded, and we really appreciated them making that happen for us! Roshana also went above and beyond on our last day. My sister and I really wanted to ride the jet skis at Blue Haven Marina before our flight, and she called multiple times that morning to get us the earliest appointment possible. She even helped arrange a taxi for us. When we got back, she wanted to hear all about it and see our pictures! She was seriously the sweetest and made us feel like she genuinely cared about us having the best trip. We loved getting to know her and can’t wait to see her again next year! 😊 Thank you, Roshana!! 💕

The staff are what separates WBC from the rest; what a team!
We had a fantastic stay at West Bay Club and would highly recommend it. The property, beach and location are beautiful, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. A special thank you to Roshana at the front desk, who was an absolute gem. She nailed it from the moment we arrived which set the tone for one of our best vacations ever. When we had an issue with our room, she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine desire to help is what sets her apart from many of her peers in the industry. Giovanne was also fantastic and consistently made us feel welcome. At breakfast, Petrona was wonderful, friendly, attentive and always smiling. Irene at the beach bar provided great service and helped make our days on the beach even more enjoyable. And a huge thank you to Robert and Nathaniel, who took care of us on the beach every day. The fact that so many staff members stood out to us says a lot about the culture at West Bay Club. We came for the beautiful location, but the people are what made the experience truly special. We’d happily return and would definitely recommend West Bay Club to anyone visiting Turks & Caicos.
