5 STARS across the board. Hotel was amazing. Staff where down to earth and went above to meet the guest needs. Plenty of food, drinks(alcohol, non alcohol), and events. Did not have to leave the hotel. I will definitely be back to this wonderful hotel. Planet Hollywood hotel THANK YOU for your nice hospitality from my butler Yomelly, Flor maid TEAM, Marceila, guest services, cooks and waiters, host, tourist, store workers, entertainers, hotel cleaners, and security. See you all again, signing off, all the way from the 🇺🇸. 🤗

Sutra restaurant was lovely food and service. Our room was clean and comfortable, the only thing was shower pressure was too weak. At the adult pool it was brilliant, great vibes, music and overall experience, special mention to Daniel and Milton. Always encouraging us to get up and get involved, great assets to the team! The grounds are beautiful, very well maintained and everywhere is clean. Finally, another special mention to Moses, Eric and Nelly our waiters by the adults pool, service with a smile, always making sure we had a drink in our hand!

Great hotel, lots to do. We stayed Star Class so had even more options. We had a swim up room which we spent most of our days in during our second week. The main pools were lovely but they got so hot as the day went on! Late afternoon it was like getting into a hot bath! Not complaining it was nice but we found our pool cooler for dipping in when you get too hot! I would definitely request an end room as the section of the pool is a bit bigger. Slight improvements the hotel could make are: An earlier screening day around 2 pm at the cinema and more film choices as the same films repeat each week. No salt and pepper on any of the restaurant tables. As a girl who loves salt this was hard, although you could ask for it. No full length mirror in the rooms. Would’ve liked to have seen the full extent of my sunburn before I got home lol! More consistent service with in room bar restocks, we found this was only completed when we requested this from our butler. We had a great time and would highly recommend.
