Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - Princess Senses Mangrove does not allow student groups: Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not prohibited from booking the hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type and the Wholesaler herby acknowledges this policy.

Just returned from an absolutely fabulous stay at Princess Senses The Mangrove, and WOW — what a beautiful resort! 🇯🇲🌴✨ From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by how gorgeous and immaculate the entire property was. The décor throughout the resort is stunning, sophisticated and luxurious. And as someone who is completely obsessed with decadent light fixtures, I was in design heaven! ✨💡😍 We stayed in a Junior Suite in the Platinum Club, and I highly recommend upgrading to Platinum. Our room was beautifully decorated, incredibly spacious and spotless. Now let’s talk about the SERVICE… because this is where Princess Senses truly shines! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our butlers, Liam and Dennis, were AMAZING. These two gentlemen went above and beyond every single day and absolutely spoiled us! By 8:00 a.m., our beach cabana was set up and ready with fresh towels, cold beverages waiting in coolers, and throughout the day they made sure we had drink refills, snacks and anything else we might need. 🏝️🥂 They handled all of our dinner reservations and would even escort us to dinner. Seriously… I’m not quite sure how I’m supposed to go back to normal life without a butler now. 😂😂 The staff throughout the entire resort was equally friendly, welcoming and accommodating. You truly feel like everyone wants you to enjoy your vacation. And the FOOD! 🍽️❤️ We enjoyed every restaurant we tried, but my personal favorite was the French restaurant in the Platinum Club — absolutely delicious! Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet was wonderful, as were the à la carte selections. Fresh juices, local yogurt and plenty of traditional Jamaican dishes made breakfast something to look forward to every morning. My personal favorite was the Ackee & Saltfish brochettes — SO GOOD! 🇯🇲 Overall, I give **Princess Senses Mangrove 5 STARS!! ** When it comes to service, it’s an easy 5 STARS, and Liam & Dennis deserve 5+ stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Princess …as the names says nothing more nothing less 🥰
The cleanliness of the facility and the quality of customer service was exceptional . My 2 awesome guess service reps Glacier and Shanika …guys thank you you’ve got a fan 😀The compliments, the photograph sessions and even to assist with fixing my hair…Shanika you ROCK. The checked in process was seamless. Security team were well mannered and never fell short in assisting too. My hope is that these services will be be maintained at all times. Thanks again to The Princess Team with the Princess treatment 😍

Beautiful hotel, with beautiful staff
We went to princess senses mangrove platinum. I must say the butlers we got were top tier Micheal Lee and Brian, were amazing and hands on. The food was so good and drinks were so good. Thanks to Shamone at the pool bar at platinum lobby. The food was good at steak house, thanks Micheal Lee for the recommendation there. The hotel is beautiful! We got the junior platinum suite, the rooms were big and clean. Thanks to nikolas from bellman department for always being there to give us a lift. Micheal Lee thank you making our experience worth while.

The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable. The resort itself is huge but everything is sort of connected. Golf carts can be called to get from place to place but we didn’t really use them that often to be honest. We stayed on the adults only side but it was easy to walk from our rooms to the restaurants and the family side without having to leave the building. Overall the food was delicious and they did not hold back with the flavor. My biggest critique is that it felt like the resort was seriously lacking in activities. Every night there was usually only one thing going on and if you weren’t interested in that thing then you were out of luck. I also want to give a shout out to my girl Jodi who worked at the Euphoria swim up bar near building 4. For the duration of our entire stay she was very attentive and kind. She was very fun and you can tell that she cares about making sure that people have a good time.

Property was grand. A lot of walking to get from point (A) to (B). Overall the stay was great. Love my room, my butler staff were the best. Big up to Roe and Romeo.
