My experience with Antonio Perez and Rafael Hdez was amazing!!! They were so fast and efficient and made sure we were well taken care of. Loved the atmosphere they created for us, aswell as telling us more about the drink history and hotel itself. Would love to be served by them again!! Muchos gracias!!!

We went to this beautiful resort in June 2026 for a family vacation. It was a great resort with excellent service. We spent most of our time at the pool and the activities staff, Jordan and Evelyn, were so great! They went above and beyond with the activities and they were especially great with my son who never wanted to leave their sides and couldn’t wait to see them the following day. Thank you for making the trip even more special!

Nice Resort
It's a lovely but dated resort. We booked an ocean front master suite using RCI. MYy wife thought the gym was great. The restaurants were okay, standard low food cost resort fare. Service was excellent. There is no beach to walk on and no swimming. We enjoyed our one week stay.

Another Great Visit to Pueblo Bonito
We had an amazing stay at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay this year! This was our sixth trip to Pueblo Bonito, and once again it exceeded our expectations. We arrived at the perfect time, enjoying the beautiful weather before the humidity really set in. The resort has made several improvements since our visit last year, and they have definitely been for the better. We especially noticed the updated menus at both the pool areas and the restaurants, which offered more variety and excellent food. As always, Jose and Angel at the adults-only pool provided exceptional service. Jose is retiring, and we will certainly miss seeing him each year. We wish him all the best in his retirement. At the same time, we know Giovanni, a longtime and well-loved member of the Pueblo Bonito team, will do an outstanding job carrying on that tradition of excellent service. One of the things we enjoy most is meeting so many wonderful people from Mexico, Canada, and back home in the United States. The friendly atmosphere and outstanding staff keep us coming back year after year. We continue to highly recommend Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay in Mazatlán and are already looking forward to our next visit!
