    Hotel Riu Emerald Bay review

    I stayed at the Hotel Riu Emerald Bay in Mexico and had a wonderful time. The hotel is clean, welcoming, and very well-organized. The staff is attentive, the services are top-notch, and the facilities, - especially the pools and beach access - are truly enjoyable. My stay was very positive, and I am completely satisfied with my experience.

    wonderful experience

    I stayed at the RIU emerald bay with my family and friends. My room had 4 people and we had a family suite. My only dislike was that there was no Ac in common areas. Our room also did not get as cold we would still need to sleep without a blanket and in light clothes. The staff was extremely friendly such as Oscar who greets you in the front and helps with luggage. The food was okay, my favorite was the burgers and taboo! I do recommend the hotel overall. It was just sooooo hot in general and crowded due to the season we went in.

    Lovely stay

    We had a very nice day at the hotel. The staff was super nice everywhere we went. In the restrooms, other reception, in the different bars. It was very pleasant. The only downside was the elevators. We were staying on the eighth floor and sometimes it was kind of long waiting for it.

    RIU best Resort ever

    My Family had an amazing awesome time at the RIU of Mazatlan. Everything thing was wonderful. Excellent service and employees are always professional.
