Alright I did this on for ya'll!
Let me start by saying there is NO FOOD ROOM SERVICE at this resort! DRINKS ARE HEAVILY WATERED DOWN!!! I have quite experience at all inclusives and this is by far the worse resort. I drank for 4 days and not once got a buzz. Keep in mind I am 5feet 140lbs. 2 glasses of wine usually does the trick. There is a 5 day minimum to book. There is a 24 Sports Bar, but I feel it is extremely unappealing and lacking. They have Patties, hotdogs, nachos, popcorn (looks like it have not been cleaned in a while), pastries. Cool air conditioning, old statically TVs (2), 2 pool tables that you must pay to use. 4-5 pools 1 pool bar 1 Splash Which is good if you rather a more quiet poolside experience, you will have options. 1 gym which is a decent size 1 overpriced spa The resort puts effort into the shows that are performed at night, which is nice. So you have a show to see most nights. Food. The is a row of restaurants, 4 sit down and 1 buffet, and 1 poolside restaurant. There is not much diversity in the menu options. I added pics of 2 restaurant menus. Basically the options are severely limited. The food options lack diversity, just seems like a remix of the day prior. No oxtails on the resort, for the price I understand it not being a buffet item, but at least 1 restaurant should have it for an option. 2 of the restaurants you need a reservation, but can only book up to 2 days in advance so it get full pretty quickly. The same food at the buffet is at the restaurants, with minor tweaks. Dinner at Kulinariam resulted in us receiving an unexpected visit (a roach). We decided to leave as we already lost our appetite. I understand that this may be silly for most, but when you pay $3500 for 6 day 5 night stay, it is only fair to expect a roach free experience. They do not let you leave the dining areas. I get it to contain the bugs, which at this point it defeats the purpose. I usually enjoy walking through a resort to find restaurants located in different areas. It's just a part of the experience for me. Rooms are clean, nice sized, which then brings me to the app. The app is a great tool, it allows you to request services and notifies you once service is completed. This frees you up to continue to explore as well as free up the front desk staff. So this is definitely a plus. I can definitely write more, but i will stop there. This resort may be a gen z's dream, but as a millennial that enjoys a bit more luxury, this is just not it.

Wouldn’t recommend
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return to this resort or recommend it based on our experience. The biggest issues for our group were the service and the food. We found many of the staff surprisingly unfriendly despite always being polite, asking how they were and tipping. There were definitely exceptions, especially the entertainment team. Bubbles was incredibly sweet, and the team did a great job creating a fun, lively atmosphere around the pool. The food was another major disappointment. There were plenty of options, but we struggled to find meals we enjoyed. The steak restaurant was particularly disappointing, with very tough and bland steak. Our room was spacious and clean, but we had a concerning experience when a man entered our room while my friend and I were sleeping despite the Do Not Disturb sign being displayed. He stood there briefly, said something we couldn’t understand and left. Someone else in our group had a similar experience. The rooms were also quite noisy, and we were regularly woken by people in the halls and doors slamming. The beach itself was okay, although there was quite a bit of seaweed and we saw a lot of jellyfish close to shore. We also noticed food and garbage left behind by guests that wasn’t always cleaned up promptly. There are many vendors along the beach. Most were friendly, but the constant sales approaches became frustrating when we simply wanted to walk or relax. We weren’t impressed with the swim-up pool area either. It didn’t feel particularly clean, and on one occasion we found a bag containing what appeared to be drugs floating in one of the pools. There were positives. The property has some nice areas, the rooms were spacious, and the entertainment team was excellent. The White Party was a lot of fun as well. Unfortunately, the poor service and food outweighed the positives for us. Everyone in our group came away disappointed, and based on our experience, this isn’t a resort I would recommend. We also ran into a couple large spiders on our patio and the pool area.

Had to leave early due to illness caused by hotel restruant and wont get a refund
Hotel staff were great and room was clean with great amenities. The issue my entire party got extreme food poisoning after the first night and needed to leave early due to dehydration and fever. We only ate and drank at the hotel restaurant and one member of our group is from Montego Bay so does not seem to be from a difference in diet. We had heard from one hotel employee that something seemed to be going around. We have been trying to get a refund for the days we did not use since we left early but are still waiting on a response one month after our trip.
