A Lifesaving Experience I’ll Never Forget Yesterday, I experienced something I never expected while on vacation. I was caught in a strong riptide current and found myself in a terrifying situation where I genuinely feared for my life. I was panicking and struggling to get back to safety, and in that moment, Juvenal, one of the hotel’s lifeguards, came to my rescue. I cannot put into words how grateful I am that Juvenal was there at exactly the moment I needed help. When you are in a state of fear and panic and suddenly have someone trained, calm, and ready to help you, it means everything. Juvenal didn’t just do his job yesterday — he helped save my life. I will never forget that. I want to sincerely thank Juvenal and the entire hotel staff for having someone there who was prepared to respond when it mattered most. Please make sure Juvenal knows how much his actions meant to me and how grateful I am. I came here for a vacation and never imagined I would leave with a story like this. I’m incredibly thankful to be here, thankful for the hotel, and most of all, thankful that Juvenal was there when I needed him. Thank you, Juvenal. Great service ! 10/10 especially the friendly bartender Alfredo at the Daiquiri bar very attentive and super nice definitely recommend this hotel for everybody looking for a relaxing but yet entertaining vibe drinks were also delicious made with love for sure 💕💕

Aug 05, 2026Great Resort, minus a couple of snafus!
Stayed for 5 nights in May. Check-in was quick and we had a junior suite with an ocean view. Really lovely room and the view was wonderful. Very nice and clean with pretty pools and a nice beach area. We tried most of the restaurants and the food was good. I can't say I had a superb meal though. I spend all my time at the beach and I was glad there were nice palm trees, I only wished they'd let you pull the chairs out away from the "designated" area so everyone isn't on top of each other. I had a beach massage one of the days and a foot massage another day from the beach vendors. Very good! The beach service was pretty steady although there were times when no one was in sight, and I always tipped. It'd be nice if they came around more often. We went to the shows most nights and enjoyed them. Spent time in the bar area in the evenings too, and the service was great. 2 negatives: one late afternoon, it started to rain so I gathered our things, and I sent my grown daughter who happens to have Down syndrome to return the towels to the booth to exchange for cards. The guy (the younger worker) refused to give her cards. Of course I had to go over and ask why he wouldn't give her cards. He still wouldn't give me cards even when I explained she just returned the towels. We argued for several minutes, while other guests came and returned their towels for cards. Not until I took his name and said I was going to discuss this with a manager did he give me the cards. It was quite upsetting either way as I felt he was discriminating against her. Second, departure morning, I got an email that our flights were canceled. I scrambled to find other flights and we were in a major rush to get to the airport. Obviously super stressful! We rushed to checkout and explained to the desk clerk how we needed to hurry. She refused to check us out because I had left the pool cards in the room. She said she would have to charge me for the cards and we went round and round, with me saying, have someone check the room, we need to leave. This added a whole other level to an already stressful situation. I found it very petty that she could not work with us due to the circumstances. On top of that, the bellman called us a cab who ended up charging me $65 to the airport. I totally got taken but by that point I was so upset I let it go. Other than those unfortunate events, I quite liked the hotel and enjoyed the trip and would probably return.

Fun time!
Hotel was nice and staff was helpful. Food was good for an all inclusive! Drinks were great and easy to refill. Clean rooms and spacious. Entertainment was also good. The only complaint I have was transportation - was difficult to book the airport shuttle - we ended up using Uber. That was more an issue with the prebooking than the people on site.

Jhonny and Ramirez were great! Very attentive, great jobs and awesome personality. Also they made TikTok’s with us :)
