    Great Stay

    Riu Vallarta is a great place to stay if you love all inclusive. They have great restaurants, amazing customer service.

    Great Property located at the great spot

    4 of us stayed at Hotel Riu Vallarta. We were very happy with all services, rooms, hospitality and activities.

    Fun place to stay

    Overall the property was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. My only complaint is the water in the property have no cooling system. The pools have nothing filtering cool water or no shade to block the sun from heating them up. The water is as hot as a jacuzzi so we did not get to actually go in them once we realized. The sink and shower water is also very hot no matter how cold you set it.

    Hidden extra charges

    Beware! This place charged 300 pesos for your towel cards and room keys at checkout so don’t leave them in your room. Very rude front desk staff. Will never come to one of these properties again

    Careful with this place

    I had a horrible experience here my group somehow all went into a terrible state after consuming two drinks. We believe we were drugged.
