I was fortunate enough to spend two days at the spa. I had 3 services total. All amazing!!! My husband was unable to make one of the massages we had booked and the spa allowed me to have both masseuses last minute. It was one of the best massages of my life! We had nothing but amazing experiences with all the staff at this resort. It was the best experience.

Privacy and pampering
Came in July for five days on a large corporate getaway. Everything at the resort is fantastic. The service is awesome Stafford exemplary in particular Tiffany and Miss lucy on the beach and Miss Carol at breakfast were awesome. Our Butler‘s Javid and Hubert were awesome.Beautiful peaceful spot little hit and miss with restaurants but overall a true five star experience If you are looking for privacy this is your spot

Jul 27, 2026VERY NICE BUT NOT WORTH THE PRICE
Visited with Wife as part of her 50th birthday celebration. It was a spontaneous trip as we booked just 4 weeks in advance. Best to fly into Tortola (EIS) via Miami. Then hotel offers courtesy boat shuttle (short 15 min) to resort. We purchased a waterfront suite instead of beach bungalow as it seemed more spacious. When we arrived, our assigned butler offered us an upgrade to "treehouse suite" for $300 more per day. Although I hoped this would be covered by our Amex Platinum benefits, it was not. I agreed and the room was nice. Basically, a one-bedroom suite with separate living room. Amazingly comfortable bed, very nice living room, and bathroom with both indoor and outdoor shower. NO LOCKS or keys on outside of door so be ready to use provided safe. AND NO TV. Butler claimed they were giving us a special rate, but when I checked resort website, price was identical. AND its actually $360 per night as they add taxes and surcharge. MASSIVE downside was the obligatory 20% fee added to every purchase. This MANDATORY 20% on everything is not a gratuity as it is not earned. It is simply assumed and taken. Room did have small bugs and a roach in closet. Really disappointing for what we paid. Staff was generally very kind and attentive but occasionally we ran into rude staff at breakfast just prior to opening. Butlers and most of staff were great overall but it seemed many were ready for resort annual shutdown in august. Food was excellent and they regularly adjusted based on our needs. Property is gorgeous and well maintained. GYM is excellent and overdelivered. Also, great if you like pickleball or tennis. 3 restaurant options but be sure to make reservations. Butlers are excellent and help with boat / rental car reservations. No effort is made to respect adults / couples from families with kids. The pool seems to be "owned" by kids and with no adult pool, your sadly on your own to manage.

Perfection
Second visit to LDB! Absolutely gorgeous resort. Beautiful location right on the private bay. Breakfast every morning was delicious and views unbelievable! Everything is spotless. The rooms are gorgeous from the amazing sheets to the shower gel….luxury at its finest. Worth the cost.
