    Monse BEST BUTLER EVER

    About 6 of us went to this resort and had a great time. The big standouts were our butlers Daniel and Monse who helped us amazingly! When my friend accidentally injured himself, Monse came to check on him every day. When I had specific requests, Daniel found a way to meet our needs. They reserved our dinners, planned our days out, and made an effort to make themselves available at every hour of the day. Great work!!

    Monse and Daniel were the absolute best!!! Monse ALWAYS made sure I got back to my room she made sure I ate and I had the best time!!!! If you’re able to choose anyone Monse and Daniel are the best!!!!!!!

    Very good hotel lovely stay had great fun especially because of hiram one of the vibe team he made our experience his energy is great so much fun and kept us very busy with many different activities always put a smile on our face around the pool

    Wonderful stay at the Royalton Chic!

    We had an amazing stay at the Royalton CHIC Cancun! The location was perfect, the food and restaurants were delicious, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping, room service, and the spa were all excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and bilingual, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you to Samara, who was absolutely amazing! She helped us with everything, from restaurant reservations and excursions to providing useful information throughout our stay. She truly made our experience extra special!
