Bernard from the pool area was fantastic. Enjoyed our time playing games and talking and very informative.

Excellent
We love the hideaway royalton and the entertainment team- Bernard, JP, Johanna are excellent. Our room is always clean and the bar is always serving with juan and Josmely are so good.

Location was fine, Atmosphere : most members of staff seemed miserable, especially on the "fries" wagon. Rooms : small, dated, broken and dirty shower, sink was broken, towels stained, not cleaned properly. Value : personally dont think it was worth the price. Cleanliness: the resort was clean just not the rooms and pools. Noise level : ok Amenities: ok We arrived at hideaway and had to walk through some of the resort to the reception to find out our name wasn't even on the check-in ? Once that was sorted we was asked what floor we wanted to be on (surely that should have been allocated already) decided on the third floor being the top, we then looked for the lifts to be told that there isn't any so now we had to carry our cases upstairs ! Got to the room wasn't impressed with the size of it and how dated it was. the wires were hanging out the back of the tv, which didn't work, the shower was broken and dirty, the sink was broken, the fridge was dirty and had wires hanging out inside it. The grounds were kept well. Gourmet : food options were excellent. Grazie : lovely food and staff 😊 Hunters : was ok staff miserable Dorado : lovely food and staff 😊 Under the sea : food was horrible and staff ignorant. Entertainment: apart from a rock band which were great the other entertainment was very poor. Beach : unfortunately the sea was rough and had lots of seaweed, we wanted to snorkel but couldn't due to it not being clear water. (Not the hotels fault) Overall : the hideaway reception was a shambles , so unorganised. there were a handful of amazing staff (Dorado, grazie, hideaway pool bar) Unfortunately the rest were miserable and unhelpful at times.. the pools were poor, lots of tiles missing, dirty. Our room wasn't cleaned properly and our sheets were not changed for 10 nights they were just turned over. A few nights when we went back in the evening our lights were on ? We turn them all off when we go out and had do not disturb on the door. 🤔. I wouldn't return to this resort.

Worse service EVER
I really wanted this place to be great. I have been to about 15 inclusive over the years and this was the worse service EVER. From ordering food at the sports bar that that I never received to the worse po boy sandwich I have ever had, this place was mostly bad.
