    Perfect Thank You.

    First time at this wonderful resort, and most certainly won't be our last. Only 2 days into a 10 night holiday, and loving everything about it. The staff are the most friendly attentive and hard working team. Food is excellent with so much variety. The entire resort is spotlessly clean, and nothing is too much trouble. We came for an early celebration for my wife's 70th birthday in January, but are already looking to book for her actual birthday now. Thank you.

    Jose is the best bartender at the entire resort really made us feel comfortable his drinks are by far the best and his conversations never get old more resorts need someone like jose so nice and so friendly!!!!!

    BEST BARTENDER JOSE

    Jose is the best bartender in the hideaway checkout/check in bar. He is so attentive and he makes the BEST drinks. He’s super kind and always does his best to ensure we are satisfied with drinks. Would recommend 10/10. MAKES THE BEST SPICY MARGS!!!

    Outstanding holiday from start to finish

    Our accommodation was spectacular. My only minor issue was that, although we booked a sea-view room, the view was quite limited due to a large palm tree directly in front of the room. However, this was only a small issue and certainly didn’t spoil our stay. The room itself was luxurious, with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan, a whirlpool bath, and a huge shower room, honestly, it was big enough to fit eight people in! The room was spotlessly clean every day, with fresh, clean towels provided daily. Having a safe in the room without having to pay a deposit was also a lovely touch. The food was superb, with a fantastic variety of choices, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The whole complex was exceptionally clean and finished to a very high standard. We decided to upgrade to Diamond Club, which included butler service, and Alberto and Rodrigo were absolutely amazing throughout our entire stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. As it was our anniversary, they even decorated our room for us, which was such a lovely and unexpected surprise. Being Diamond Club members also meant we could order room service directly from the TV. Everything arrived within 30 minutes every time, and it was completely free. Our mini-bar was replenished every day, and we were also given two bottles of wine and a 1-litre bottle of spirits of our choice. Overall, we had an absolutely fantastic stay. The accommodation, food, facilities and staff were all exceptional, and the Diamond Club upgrade was definitely worth it. We will 100% be going back at some point!
