Excellent, first class & top notch. I felt like I was on Paradise Island! Ive never recieved such a high quality of service & never have I been to a hotel that was so beautiful everywhere!

Sky Bar experience
We are staying here at the moment and can not fault this hotel. A definite recommendation. We have received great service everywhere especially in the sky bar where Mervin and Elizabeth make the best cocktails . If you want a Long Island with perfect views and service visit this bar ! Everyone was so friendly and fun. I felt so relaxed the entire vacation. Jenfry was great with checking on us throughout the trip & sending us daily resort schedules!

We had a wonderful stay at Secrets Cap Cana in many ways, but unfortunately, the culinary experience overall did not live up to 5-star expectations. The Pros: Atmosphere & Grounds: The resort is absolutely stunning, charming, and peaceful. The architecture is gorgeous, the main pool is huge and inviting, and the beach is calm and relaxing. Service: The staff across the board—from the beach and pool attendants to the concierge—were exceptionally warm, cordial, and friendly. Drinks & Casual Dining: The drinks were great, and the standout spot for us was the casual restaurant located right by the pool, which was delicious and enjoyable. The Cons: Overall Food Quality: The food simply lacked the quality and refinement expected at a 5-star property. Italian Restaurant: We were disappointed with the service and dining experience here. Japanese Teppanyaki: This was far too loud and intense. The chefs acted more like over-the-top clowns/entertainers, constantly trying to provoke screaming and commotion from the crowd. We were hoping for a relaxing, peaceful meal rather than a noisy spectacle. While the ambiance, pools, beach, and general service are top-notch, the food and dining concepts definitely need improvement.

39th Wedding Anniversary!!
Absolutely the best. This was our first time at Secrets Cap Cana and was the most wonderful experience. We were greeted like family at the time if arrival. We had the pleasure to have MJ as our personal concierge for the week and let me tell you he was absolutely the best! He text us every morning with a quote of the day and ask what he could do for us. We celebrated our 39 wedding anniversary and he made it magical. If you get the chance to go definitely as for MJ!!! We also fell in love with Alexandra and Stephany in the CoCo Cafe! Every morning we visited and were greeted personally by name. had coffee made perfectly for us. Poppy at the beach was awesome too. Greeted us every morning like family. I can say enough about the hospitality they gave to us! Will definitely be a return customers to connect with these people. After a week’s visit we hated to leave them. So many others that were so kind! Don’t hesitate just do it!! MJ all the way, ask for him!! Tell him his Missouri friends sent you! ❤️ .
