Sep 07, 2026Definitely recommend for rest, relaxtion, and being treated!
Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres met, and even further exceeded expectations we had as a family going into our Cancun vacation. We had a 5 night, 4 full day stay staying at Secrets PB. From the moment we arrived at the resort, to the minute we left, the service was excellent. From room service (food & houseskeeping), to the restaurants, bars, concierge desks, front desk, pool/beach service - everyone was helpful and accomodating our entire time. There were 6 of us total and we all had first floor swim out rooms. Although the resort was not at full capacity, we enjoyed the privacy of our own swim out once we finished pool (Infinity, Social, & Jungle pools) and beach days. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert, and Room Service food options satisfied us all everyday as well. We had no problem staying full and trying as many food options as the resort had to offer. Even on our last night, the resort hosted an entire buffett of meats, sides, and desserts along with a dancing fire show by performers while we ate. We wanted to personally shout out some employees that made our stay enjoyable and memorable: Diego (Building 7 Concierge Man), Freddy and Victor (poolside and resort concierge), Julio (resort entertainment manager), David (waiter at Himitsu), Sue (resort entertainment during activites), Sue (yoga intstructor on the beach), Victor (waiter at Portifno), & Fernanda (hosted sushi and guacamole making classes for guests). These people specifically, but all resort management and service staff were friendly, helpful, and accomodating whenever needed. We recommend Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres if you are thinking about visiting!

Ultimate luxury experience!
Secrets Playa Blanca was truly the most amazing all-inclusive experience we’ve ever had. Whatever you consider the gold standard for luxury and service, this resort somehow manages to go one step further. My husband and I felt like we were in absolute luxury from the moment we arrived. Every single detail was thoughtfully considered, and the staff somehow anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had. The level of service was truly unmatched. Our butlers, Lorenzo and Benjamin, were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to make our stay special and made us feel completely taken care of throughout our entire trip. The resort itself is stunning—beautiful, luxurious, and incredibly well maintained. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Secrets Playa Blanca has officially set the bar for us!

Trip of a lifetime
Absolutely stunning hotel with the most modern, clean facilities. This hotel exceeded our expectations. There’s a great variety of food & drink, 10/10 service and the cleanliness is outstanding! I would definitely visit here again and 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a break - it’s a bit far away from the main hotel zone however everything you need is at the hotel already 🙌🏽

This resort was absolutely incredible. My husband and I went for our honeymoon and we could not be more grateful for our experience. The food was phenomenal, the rooms were beautiful and clean! The staff was one of the best parts of this resort! Suh & Sher were two of the BEST entertainment girls who made our trip unforgettable! We will absolutely be returning!!!

Truly a Dream Vacation
The best vacation I have ever had. When you invest in a vacation this is what it should be. Every need met before we even knew it was a need. Aside from the ‘upsale breakfast’ (which we declined because we just wanted to get on the beach) everything was a dream. Truly relaxing. Great soft music, nothing too loud or over taking. Best food ever and so many choices. Staff is truly trained to uphold excellent standards. It was hot. It was extremely clean. It was beautiful. It was safe. A/c super cold. Spa was a dream- you feel transported. We plan to return.
