10/10 experience from start to finish! We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The resort was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could have wanted. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay. The food and drinks were great, the beach was gorgeous, and there were so many options for entertainment and activities. Everything felt relaxing and effortless. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to coming back for a third time! We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an amazing tropical getaway.

Fantastic time !!!!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Secrets this Summer. The room was great and maintained well. The resort had lots to offer and we particularly enjoyed spending our time at the quiet pool. The buffet had a great range of food, all of which we enjoyed. The restaurants had great variety and the food at the Japanese and French restaurant were personal highlights. Booking excursions in the lobby through Amstar was easy and Wisva was particularly helpful. The service we received throughout the resort was impeccable but Euri and David were particularly great to us. Nothing was too much and they always greeted us with a smile and remembered our order, making us feel valued. We enjoyed the evening entertainment, it is difficult to choose an favourite show but we were particularly impressed by Queen and the burlesque show. Michael J was a fantastic entertainer, again he made us feel very welcome and checked in with us regularly even during his busy schedule. The entertainment in the day was varied and lots of fun, Chocolate was again a great host. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely recommend Secrets to our friends. We hope to stay again in the future.

Family time at Secrets Royal Punta Cana - A+
We had an amazing and relaxing time at Secrets. Make sure to look for Lady, the pool attendant by the main pool; she will make you feel like family. Breakfast and lunch at the Riviera were superb; my only regret was not going there for dinner. Overall, very high quality customer service, great entertainment and lovely time.

An Unforgettable Stay
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Stay We had an amazing stay at the Secrets resort in Punta Cana. The resort was beautiful, relaxing and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. A very special thank you to Francis and Modesto, who looked after us exceptionally well. They were always attentive, friendly and professional, going above and beyond to make us feel special every single day. Their kindness and outstanding service made our holiday truly memorable. We are leaving with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this resort. We hope to return again soon!

Definitely worth it
The whole stay was amazing and we definitely will return to visit! The people were so nice and helpful with anything that we needed.
