Secrets Tulum is a beautiful resort with many pretty pools and delicious food. The staff were great and super friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming and the swim out suite was breathtaking. The beach club was quaint and cute. The foam party was a blast.

Tulum Mexico
The resort is beautiful with great hospitality and service. They have a variety of restaurants, some were amazing some could be better. Overall, it is better than other places in Mexico.

R&R at Secrets Tulum
Secrets Tulum was nice and very clean. Since it is a newer resort, more daytime entertainment options should be provided since this is not a beach front property, but the foam party was a good time. Overall great staff! Bartender Leyde was great, he makes amazing specialty drinks. Make sure you sit at Jacinto section at the French restaurant. He is amazing and funny.

Beautiful place, the staff were great and Liliana made a real difference as a concierge. The food was not as good as I expected for a 5* resort. We travel regularly at 5* hotels and the whule some restaurants were decent we found our selves going to the buffet as the rest of the restaurants food didn't live up to the expectations. The hotel as is one of the most beautiful ones out there wand the ability to go to the beach club and relax by the beach is amazing and the staff were all fantastic. Honestly only the food that brings down the score.

A wedding in paradise!
My husband and I visited Secrets Tulum for a family wedding, and the resort made our celebration feel even more special. The staff treated our whole family with such warmth that we felt instantly at home. A huge thank‑you to Liliana, our concierge, who went above and beyond. As two vegans, we’re used to navigating menus carefully — but Liliana made sure every detail was handled with personalized attention that truly touched us. The food was outstanding every single day. We want to give a heartfelt shout‑out to Chef Jesús and his entire team at Boudreau, as well as Chef Luis and the wonderful staff at the Market Café — including Diego, Alex, Adalinda, Jairo, and Schirin. Their kindness, creativity, and care made every meal feel like a celebration. Our room was large, lavish, and incredibly comfortable. The staff throughout the resort was friendly, warm, and genuinely joyful. And a special thank‑you to Jorge at the Beach Club, who treated us beautifully every day. We left feeling welcomed, appreciated, and very well fed. We highly recommend Secrets Tulum.
