My wife (34F) and I (44F) were so lucky to spend 9 nights and 10 days with the amazing Secrets family in the adults only side of the Secrets resort in Puerto Vallarta. We upgraded thanks to Leonardo in the front desk and we received the biggest and best room we have ever stayed in. We have a living room, dining room, balcony, private swimming pool, walk in closet AND walk in shower with a rain shower. We have rarely taken a trip for ourselves but its our 10 year anniversary and after losing family, we decided to treat ourselves. From the moment we got here, we've been treated like queens. Everyone on the staff has kind eyes. Their energies are pure and light. We were in the Preferred building and were graced with the best butler, Alejandro Bienpica who went above and beyond every day. Ramon and Christian also were of great help. We loved the conversation with Remus who was such a delight!! As a matter of fact, we would like to mention a few of the staff who significantly made a positive impact on the trips entirety: Maria, Monica & Cesar Mendez in the Unlimited sales team (yes we bought the upgrades and packages, well worth it to make sure we take good care of ourselves!!) Enrique the bartender - best creative bartender we've ever encountered! And Carlos up in the secrets lobby - WOW is he talented, he flips the drinks and bottles like theyre feathers. María and her colleague in the Market Cafe provided us with the kindest and best service todo las dias Noi and Veronica in the entertainment department go above and beyond to remember the guest's names, bring joy to work and not just smiles but GRINS to everyone's faces that they come across. Omar, Perla, and Yesenia within the excursion division made sure we had fun every moment we left the resort. Dominic in the facilities team has the brightest smile, and is so quick to jump into action for anyone needing help - he is EXCEPTIONAL!! We will definitely be back and hope each person mentioned will be promoted and respected as they should be.

Excellent Service
We had the best service with Adrian, Wendy, and Armando. We have followed them around the resort where they have served because the service was excellent. I highly recommend you keep all three Weber’s as they have made our trip one of the best.

Great value and easy fun!
The food and service is incredible- especially for the price! The alcoholic drinks are delicious, coffee shop is great! Adrian, Armando, and Wendy at the buffet are incredible. We looked forward to seeing Adrian every morning. This was such an easy and fun vacation for 4 couples!

10th Wedding Anniversary Celebration
We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at Secrets Vallarta and had the most wonderful time. Our personal concierge Jaime Landa went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable, arranging our booking for our beachside Bali bed, answering all of our questions, and being one of the warmest people we’ve met. We are UVC members and stayed in the Preferred Club area, with an ocean view room on the 5th floor, with spectacular views of the sunset. The food was wonderful, particularly at Bordeaux and Capers restaurants. All in all, we had a fabulous time, and would definitely return!
