The experience was amazing ! If you are coming here and you want to be blown away stay at the Ritz-Carlton . The staff and the accommodations are excellent the way you are treated here is truly outstanding they go above and beyond to make your experience exceptional. I had the dinner on the Pier and the food the ambiance is 5 star Quality ! Turks and Caicos owes us nothing beautiful

Our favorite beach in the world!
Our stay was absolutely unforgettable, largely thanks to the incredible team. We received the warmest welcome at reception from supervisor Marioke Fulford, which set the perfect tone for our trip. We were there for a birthday celebration, Marioke went above and beyond—she even sang Happy Birthday to my husband! It made us feel genuinely happy to celebrate our special occasion at this property. The resort is situated in a stunning location. Grace Bay Beach truly lives up see to its reputation as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We were also relieved to find that the beach was completely unaffected by Sargassum seaweed, which we have noticed in other areas. The beachside service was spectacular, with Joshua, Javin, and Jean taking amazing care of us. The food and drinks served right on the sand were excellent. We cannot wait to return!

Wonderful service from Yjay and team!
Yjay gave us exceptional service at The ritz Carlton beach bar. We were on a business trip as well and the event team, especially Diana, Teddy, and Kimberlee were very helpful and responsive.

Service That Goes the Extra Mile — Thanks to Yjay
We just returned from the Ritz-Carlton in Turks and Caicos, and one person made the trip: Yjay. From the first day to the last, he was genuinely attentive. Not the scripted kind of attentive, but the kind where you can tell he actually cared whether we were enjoying ourselves. He learned our preferences and then went a step further and invented a specialty drink just for us. It was fantastic, and this is what Ritz-Carlton service is all about: going the extra mile. The moment that stuck with us most came on our final day. We had our hearts set on getting a pizza, but the pizza kitchen doesn't start making them until 11:00, and we had to leave by 11:30 to catch our shuttle. Yjay told us he would take care of it. He had the kitchen start on it early and delivered it well in time for us to sit down and actually enjoy it before we left. Nobody asked him to do that. He offered. Anyone can deliver a drink. Yjay delivers an experience, and he's the reason we'll be back. If you're staying at this property, find him. Thank you, Yjay. You made our trip.

Fabulous and relaxing vacation at the Ritz Turks and Caicos
Just a quick review emphasizing how impressed and pleased we were when we stayed at the Ritz this past week. Starting with Adler greeting us upon arrival. He was very welcoming and went out of his way to give us a guided tour of the grounds. The pool and the attendants were fabulous. Specifically, Peter, MJ and Oliver. They went out of their way to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable with service beyond expectations. The restaurants on premises were fabulous, and the food was as impressive as the service. The location is in a perfect position right on Grace Bay where everything is within walking distance…shopping and other great restaurants. I would highly recommend this location for a fabulous and relaxing vacation.
