Our favorite beach vaca ever
The staff was so kind and helpful. The staff is so good they really made our stay extra special. The view from our room was out of this world. The housekeeping service was fast and reliable. We loved every minute of this stay. We will return to Aruba to stay here!!

Beautiful with some quirks
The food is OK, the breakfast buffet has enough variety for everyone . The beach policy needs to be changed as it results in arguments with other tourists , it leaves room for interpretation and abuse . It happened to me but they went above and beyond to remedy the situation , the staff compensated beautifully for the tourist’s rudeness . They offered a free cabana for the rest of our stay with snacks and fruit with free chairs and the beach attendants were more than attentive . They can’t pick and choose their tourists but will step up and make things better when there is a problem . The beach is small but chic , rooms are very nice and clean . The coffee maker is a nespresso which i appreciated . The view from the balcony is beautiful ( with see through glass ) get an oceanfront if you can, you will not regret it .

A beautiful stay at the St. Regis
Our stay at the St. Regis Aruba was truly beautiful. The resort itself is stunning—elegant, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Our room was enormous, with a spectacular ocean view that made every morning feel like a postcard moment. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the rooftop restaurant, Akira, where both the food and the atmosphere were exceptional. Poolside service was consistently attentive and friendly, making it easy to relax and enjoy the day. Deducting one star for never meeting our butler. We look forward to returning.

Don't get fooled by the name, not your typical St Regis
The hotel is not your typical St Regis and do not expect the same caliber of service or location as the typical St Regis. For starters, the pictures of the beach are not close to what you will get. The beach chairs are literally touching each other and there is barely enough of them. The beach itself is small as the hotel is situated at the end of the strip. If you chose to have a cabana at the beach, be prepared to be set up at the back of the chairs and have freeloaders from other hotels walk up and sit in front of your cabana, as the public access to the beach is right next to the hotel. The food choices and service on the beach is mediocre, as there is only one choice and it's not that good. The property was squeezed into a small lot and they tried to fit a large hotel. The pools are small and barely have any chairs. We had a suite on the top floor and the issue with that is you have an active restaurant right over your head. The noice from chairs and table moving over your head until 11pm is not relaxing. If you sit and try to relax on the patio, the people eating and taking pictures above your head are extremely annoying. The windows were filthy and the pictures in the room were barely hanging on the walls. The food choices on the property are minimal and not worth trying. The furniture and overall construction on our balcony was poor. The furniture look worn out and the steel beams over our heads were rusted. The paint job on the building is bad and splattered onto the balcony deck. The casino is horrible and barely a casino, the size and gaming is not worth playing. The food and drinks are overpriced for the choices available.

Great Stay, Will Return
Overall a wonderful stay. Honestly, I feel like negative reviewers were searching for something to complain about…. Providing lots of details because that is the type of review I appreciate: Rooms: Beautiful, large and modern feel. The bed was super comfortable. We did find it odd that a resort in Aruba would have such heavy duvets on the bed (a summer weight duvet would be more appropriate). Service: Everyone we encountered was attentive and friendly. The butler reached out via text, which was very convenient when arranging services specific to our family. All of our butlers recommendations were spot on. Pools: We really enjoyed the pools. Two are heated, which was nice on the windy days. There is an adult pool, but they have a strange policy that kids are allowed as long as they are supervised (we experienced this multiple times). So not a true adult pool in our opinion. There are plenty of chairs (in August) and we always had a prime spot. Beach: The beach/water is clean and clear. I can see why some people complain about the size of the St Regis beach: it is small and chairs are closely packed. This was not an issue for us as we prefer to centralize ourselves at a pool chair. Food: Exceeded expectations. Everything we had was delicious and fresh. Breakfast buffet was generous, many options. We especially enjoyed the “egg menu”, fruits and pastries. At lunch the ceviche was standout. Also the fresh fruit platter. We were happy with everything we tried! One thing to note when booking, you can’t tell from website photos, but one side of the tower overlooks a parking lot and police station. Yes, you can see the ocean, but you also have a partially less desirable view. If this is important to you I’d recommend paying attention to room category when you book.
